TERMS All orders are on credit card terms. All orders are non-returnable, non refundable. All special orders using customer's stones must be insured by the customer for there worth. CLAIMS Changes or cancellations must be made within 4 days of the order placed. Shipping claims, errors or jewelry defects must be made within 5 days of receipt of the order. SHIPPING Dawes Design ships all orders Fed Ex Express. Orders valuing $2000 and up are shipped priority overnight and are charged a $50 shipping charge. All orders valuing $2000 or less are shipped 2nd day and are charged $35. Insurance is included in the shipping price. PRICING Due to market fluctuations on precious metals and gems our prices are subject to change without notice. DELIVERY All orders are made to order by hand and require a 4-week turn around time.
