"We knew we didn't want blood diamonds, so we asked an astrologer in India to give us the stones that would best represent and protect us. What we received was confounding at first: a large freshwater pearl for Neela (the bride) and a bright pink ruby for Robin (the groom). They were beautiful but we had no idea what to do with them. Enter Jennifer Dawes, the jewelry sorceress! She worked closely with us to design breathtaking pieces of jewelry that not only look amazing but truly capture something about our relationship and each of us as individuals. Jennifer was a joy to work with and she helped talk us through the process and was never pushy, but supportive and loving. It made the ring designing and buying process one of the favorite and most-talked about parts of our wedding!"
