Jewelry that is purchased from our website that has not been modified in anyway, is returnable in exchange for an item of equal or greater value.  Custom jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.    

Jennifer Dawes Design stands behind its work and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This includes any defects in craftsmanship, which we will gladly take care of (if the item exhibits no sign of having been subjected to unusual stressors) within one year of purchase. If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece. 

To ensure longevity in each item, industry standards suggest having stones checked by a professional jeweler every 6-12 months.  Custom orders and stock items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
