At Jennifer Dawes Design, we guarantee your fine jewelry to be free of craftsmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. To keep it in great shape, we recommend having your stones professionally checked and tightened at the one-year mark—and at least annually after that.

Our customers live active, exuberant lives. Gardening, rock climbing, or kickboxing in your jewelry? We understand! We can usually tell how a piece has been treated. While we’re not responsible for damage from accidents or misuse, we’re happy to help with repairs for a reasonable fee. If there’s a craftsmanship issue within the first year (and no signs of unusual wear), we’ll take care of it at no cost.

We want your jewelry to last—and even become an heirloom. If it’s damaged or needs adjusting, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note: if it’s been altered by another jeweler, our guarantee no longer applies.

Care & Maintenance

Your jewelry is crafted from precious metal, which is flexible and malleable. Be mindful to avoid unnecessary force—like lifting heavy objects, turning door knobs, doing handstands, boxing, etc.

If your piece includes stones, have them checked and tightened professionally at least once a year—ideally twice (this can be done by Jennifer Dawes Design). If you hear a clicking sound or notice movement when tapping the stone, it’s likely loose and should be taken to a jeweler right away.

To clean your fine jewelry, hot water is best. You can also use alcohol or ammonia diluted with water. 

Fine jewelry is durable, yet delicate. With care, it will last for years to come.

Shipping Information

We ship all orders via UPS 2nd Day or Overnight, both domestically and internationally, with signature confirmation. All shipments are insured for their full value, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Need flexibility? We can arrange to have your order held at a nearby UPS Store or hub for pickup.

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship in 6–8 weeks. You’ll receive email updates when your order is placed, in production, and ready to ship. Once your package is on its way, Parcel Pro will send a tracking email—please keep an eye out for it.
