How does the design process work?

We Want to Hear All About It.
Start by filling out our Custom Design Questionnaire. Tell us about your inspiration, any stones you have, and what you'd like to create. This helps us understand your style, taste and vision.

Design Consultation
We'll begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation — either in our Santa Rosa, Callifornia studio or via Zoom. You'll share your ideas, inspiration and timeline, and Jennifer will gather everything needed to start your project.

Diamond & Gemstone Selection
Once we agree on the stone and a style that suits you, we'll curate a selection of ethically sourced gemstones from our trusted vendors.

Design Sketches & Approval
With your chosen stone in hand, Jennifer will do her magic to create sketches of your custom piece. Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit is required to move forward. We're happy to work with customer-provided stones, and you can even use your gold as a credit toward the final balance. The remaining balance will be charged before shipping.

Fabrication
After design approval, we bring your piece to life — waxing, casting, setting stones, and prefecting every detail.

Delivery
From consultation to finished masterpiece, the process takes about 6-8 weeks. Once it's ready, we'll contact you before shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air, insured with signature confirmation. We strive to be your jeweler for life and hope that your new piece of jewelry will give you joy every day.
