The cross is the symbol of heaven and earth, the vertical line pointing to our highest attainment and the horizontal line reminding us of our journey on this earth. The Jerusalem Cross (5 crosses) also known as the five fold cross or Crusaders Cross was adopted as the coat of arms for the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
